Brutalism and Love in Brixton at 100Barrington
When Lisa and Kirstyn first got in touch, we instantly bonded over a shared love of Brutalist architecture. They wanted to reflect that aesthetic in their couple shoot around Brixton ahead of the ceremony (a fun and personal way to spend time together before guests arrived) and in the floral design throughout the venue. We worked closely to plan arrangements that intertwined with concrete blocks, a classic Brutalist element, and used concrete vessels on the reception tables. Bold pink and red blooms brought softness and contrast, keeping the designs both striking and memorable.
